By placing an order with Synedica Peptides or using synedicapeptides.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Synedica website or place an order.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by Synedica are for research and development purposes only. By purchasing from Synedica, you confirm that you are purchasing products solely for legitimate research purposes and not for human or veterinary use. Synedica reserves the right to refuse any order where misuse is suspected.
3. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Synedica. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18.
4. Orders & Payment
- Orders placed on synedicapeptides.co.uk constitute an offer to purchase.
- Synedica will confirm your order by email and provide payment details (bank transfer or Revolut) within a short time of ordering.
- PayPal is available only on orders totalling £300 or more.
- Synedica does not accept Bitcoin or cryptocurrency payments.
- Payment must be received before Synedica dispatches any order.
- Prices are in GBP and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Delivery
- UK orders: Royal Mail Standard 24-hour at £5.99 (free over £150).
- International orders: DHL Express (2 business days) at £12.99 (free over £150).
- Delivery times are estimates only. Synedica is not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs.
- International customers are responsible for customs compliance and any import duties.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical-grade research compounds, Synedica cannot accept returns on opened products. If you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, contact support@synedicapeptides.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Synedica will investigate and issue a replacement or refund at its discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on synedicapeptides.co.uk — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Synedica Peptides and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Liability
Synedica's liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. Synedica is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
